I have a cable and charger for one of my Victor Stream's, that works for my
Bluetooth set; a little cable came with it to use on the computer, but my cable
works fine, is easier too.

Viola,
charging off the PC is fine. It may take longer.
I used my iPhone charger and just plugged the provided cable into it.

For the person wanting to know the size, they cover your entire ear, and a bit
more.
They are not as bulky as some I have owned, but bulky is in the fingers of the
beholder.
If you do not like them, you can return them
It is hard to answer such questions.
You are better off trying them for yourself.

also, I assume I can charge them with the provided cord on my pc? or
should I use a USB connection on my wall outlet?

They recommend charging them for three hours.
I suspect there is some charge, but probably best to follow their
instructions.
        I will ad that.

If you are on the computer and your phone rings, you just slide
the switch from USB to BT.
A little heads up, the dongle can be stored inside the cover
on the left earpiece.
Here are some really good instruction I got from Mike B:

Device selection switch, located at the rear of the right ear
piece.
When you have the headset on, the device selection switch on
the right ear can be slid to its bottom setting for off, the middle setting for
Bluetooth, and the top setting for RF with the dongle / receiver plugged into
the computer.

Volume up, located at 12:00 on the face of the right ear piece.

Volume down, located at 6:00 on the face of the right ear piece.

Microphone mute, located at 9:00 on the face of the right ear
piece.
The mute button mutes all sound input to the headset when
playing music.
The mute button mutes the boom microphone when on the phone.

Play/pause or Answer call/end call, located at 3:00 on the face
of the right ear piece.

Next track/Fast Forward, located at the bottom of the right ear
piece between the USB port and the power/device selection switch.
Press the button down towards the charging port for, Next Track
/ Fast Forward.

Previous track/Rewind, located at the bottom of the right ear
piece between the USB port and the power/device selection switch.
Press the button up towards the device selection switch for,
Previous Track / Rewind.

The left ear piece has two small tactile dots on it. If you
turn the cover until the two dots are lined up, the cover will come off and
inside there is the battery, which can be replaced by someone with jeweler
tools; and a spot to store the RF dongle when not in use with the computer.

You can connect the Logitech H800 to Echo or
the Echo Dot. I have one of my H800 so when I want to listen to something on
the Echo Dot I just start the dot playing and push theswitch to the middle
position and it connect to the Echo. Just to let you all know you can connect
the H800 to computer by a dongle, or Bluetooth, or Bluetooth to the iPhone or
echo or any other Bluetooth device.

I am sure they are quite nice, but the
discussion about the Logitech H800 focused more on it's ability to connect to a
PC via a USB dongle as well as to an iPhone via Bluetooth and the fact that
they only cost $60.

I doubt you find a Bose Quiet Comfort 35 II for
that price, here in Canada they cost $449 at Best Buy. The ability to use
Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa natively on the headset is interesting and a
great feature, but if I think about what else I can buy for this amount many
other things come to mind first.
