In iOS 13, you can not attach a file to an email using the rotor. Instead, 
there are options after the message body field including one to attach a file. 
However, if you are using a Bluetooth keyboard to type, these option go away 
and can only be reached by turning off the keyboard and using the touchscreen. 
Is there a better solution to this problem? Just one of the many, many poor 
design decisions in this iOS.
