Hi Larry, Did you see the messages Richard and I sent? We both searched and all results point to the fact that currently you can’t shuffle Apple Music playlists using an Alexa device. The one forum I read had a response from an Amazon person who said they are looking into this. I would send feedback o Amazon to let them know you want to have this option.
