Are you running mac OS or Windows? Is the rest of your opperating system up-to-date? If Mac OS, which one - Snow leopard, Lion, Mountain Lion? If your system says the latest is 10.6.2 and you know there is a 10.7.3, that should be a red glad that something is wrong.
