I really like my iPhone 8. I don't think it is slow at all. I can download bard books pretty quickly even though our wifi isn;'t the best. It doesn't seem slow to me at all. I've only had my iPhone 8 for a few months and I've still got a lot to learn, but I can put audio books or described movies on my phone thanks to voice dream reader, and the bard mobile app is great. I really like my google assistant and my google play music. It is very cool when I'm out and about if I want to listen to my favorite song or artist, to just bring up google assistant and listen to my music or internet radio station just like I would on my full sized google home. The quality of phone calls and being to use a bluetooth speaker for calls and audio book playback is also a lot of fun.
