I have a brand new Quardio Arm and the AP is on my phone. I have reviewed the directionsHowever, I am not sure how to place the Quardio Arm. The directions only say to use the logo as a guide. Since I am totally blind, that is not going to work. Can someone who uses it give me some guidence? Which way is the correct way. Should the Battery cover be at the rear of the unit or is that the front of the unit. Their customer support was no help in this matter. They directed me to the U-Tube instructions. That's a non starter.
