It's in the same place where Microsoft Accessibility is, under Specialized Help and the Technical heading. Currently there is only google and Microsoft Accessibility, under the "Other" heading which comes before Technical you also have Clearblue, which I believe is a company which makes pregnancy tests/monitors. I assume you may have other options if you are in the US which may not be available in Canada or other countries. If you use Be My Eyes it's not a bad idea to sign up for their monthly newsletter because then you will find out if they add other companies to their specialized help offering.
