Hello Richard After unlocking my iPhone 11 I hear “page 2 of 7” then I swipe down and on that page I swipe to the left until I hear “battery alarm button”. If I then double tap I get to the section where one can set the percentage but it is one of the rare places in IOS where things are not very clear.
