Get a 1 litre or 32 ounce Nalgene bottle, fill it in the morning and make sure you drink all of it in addition to what else you may drink, if water is all you drink then drink two of them or get a half gallon pitcher and make sure you drink it. I am all for technology, but I find that some of the stuff is more trouble than it's worth. What some say about needing a gallon of water a day is nonsense anyways unless maybe you live in a very hot country and work physically, for the most part your body does a pretty good job telling you when it wants water, of course you then have to listen and not ignore it.
