Hi, I suggest that you reach out to your local blind organization. They may have resources for you. unfortunately, obtaining a guide dog is not fast process where you can just pay out-of-pocket and get training. I personally prefer guide dogs for the blind in California or Oregon in the United States. You can also give them a call and get information.
