Hello Herbie,

 

Once your Skype video call has started, double tap on the "Video" button,
it's the one on the very left of the bottom 5 buttons. Once you do that a
few options pop up above, you can flick left or slide your finger straight
up from the home key. Here you have "Backfacing", "Front Facing" and No
Video". Double tap what you want and it will change. By default Skype always
uses the front facing camera.
