You have to check on Google, search for something like “Discounted iTunes gift cards in Canada”. Costco had iTunes gift certificates on sale for 20% off during Black Friday/Cyber Monday. That is usually as good as it gets. Sometimes Safeway, Shoppers Drug Mart or 7-Eleven have them on for 10 or 15% off, you just have to check or call these stores and ask.
