Ask them which model and which app is used with it. Yu can then download the app and it will likely have a demo mode so you can begin getting familiar with it. You will need the Mac address of the thermostat once it is installed and have them help you get it connected to your WiFi. You’ll also need to create an account with Honeywell. Enjoy,
