Hello Deidre, Three sources of commercial and accessible eBooks are Apple Books, kindle, and Nook. Apple Books is available on any iOS device or Mac. There's an accessible Kindle app for iOS. I believe the PC version is accessible as well. I don't know about the Android version, but it might be. And the Kindle Fire has built-in speech and works with some braille displays. The Nook iOS app is accessible; I don't know about other platforms. I hope that's of some help.
