Whatever name the app icon has is entirely controlled by the developer. It may well be that this app shows as Instant Pot, I had two banking apps from different banks at one point which both were simply called “Banking”. Visually of course they showed the name/logo of each bank, but the developer had been too lazy or didn’t care to give the app a proper accessibility label, whatever Voiceover speaks has little to do with the app icon, e.g. a sighted person sees a telephone, a Voiceover user hears “Phone” for the Phone app.
