Has anyone set up an iPhone lately? I set up my daughter's iPhone 7 last
night on my account because I got her the 10R and I kind of miss the 7 a
little. It took me about three hours to get this phone set up with my
iCloud backup. The first thing you must do is to use the accessibility
button to go in there to add the ability to turn slide to type off in
the rotor. If you don't the keyboard will give you all kinds of issues
when trying to add your iCloud login information. But even turning slide
to type off I experienced several issues with the keyboard typing double
letters. I've set up quite a few iPhones and have never had issues like
I had last night setting one up that had 13 on it. If anyone here has
experienced this, we need to bring it to Apple's attention because this
is really a big problem. Once I got my iCloud information in there and
could access the backup, all works well now.
