Hi Terri, When you are doing a workout, you're usually on page 2 of the Workout app. Flick right with two fingers or use the page indicator at the bottom of the screen to go to page 1. There's an End button on that screen, as well as a Pause one and one to start a different kind of workout in case you change types in the middle.
