All you have to do is go to Settings > General > Reset (at the very bottom). Double tap on Reset and then flick until you hear "Reset Network Settings" and double tap. You will be asked to confirm, after you do your phone will restart. Once your phone has rebooted and you put in your PIN you have to do 2 things: 1. Go to Settings > General > About and you will see your iPhone's name is now simply "iPhone". Double tap on the name and change it to whatever you want such as "Reggie's iPhone" or "My iPhone" or whatever, once done tap the "Done button at the bottom right of the keyboard and you are good to go. 2. A Reset Network Settings will wipe out all Wi-fi passwords. You have to go to Settings > WiFi and reconnect to your WiFi by tapping on it and entering it's password. If you regularly go to other places where you had been connected to WiFi like at the house of a friend or family member then you will also have to reconnect to the WiFi there.
That's it. I also suggest you close all apps from the app switcher before you do the Reset Network Settings.
