I considered sending this message earlier but didn't, I wish I had. It sounded to me as if it were a problem on their end, not yours. If it had been working fine, then suddenly didn't, it usually is some kind of situation on their end. I would have suggested waiting a little while and see if it straightened itself out, or calling them to see if there is some kind of network problem. And, it got straightened out, it wasn't anything you did wrong at all.
