Wasn't this sighted as a new feature in iOS 13? I don't know if my UE Boom speaker just has too old of a bluetooth version to make this work, but VO still comes out of it when I connect it to my iPhone. If this is indeed a new feature, I think it should be optional, maybe with a rotor toggle to control it. I often want to play music or audio books using my speaker, but don't want VO coming out of it. To me, Airplay is an unsatisfactory answer to the problem. If I can do things like route music to one destination and my screen reader to another, I should be able to do this on my iPhone. Yes, I know Windows and iOS are totally different operating systems, but I should think this would be possible; it doesn't seem all that complicated a thing to tackle.
