Hi Anne. We recently subscribed to Disney Plus and it works just fine, although there are a number of tricks to optimize performance.
When choosing a movie or feature, be aware of one finger flicking up to make your choice. Then tap twice to make your selection. When “Pick of the Litter” began playing the default view switched to landscape. Then pause with a two finger double tap to customize your sound and video preferences. A single finger double tap will open the preferences pain where you can swipe through and customize your choices. Overall we’ve figured it out through trial and error. There is so much great content on there. Have fun….
