The discussion about Apple ID brings up another issue for me.
I like using my finger print for accessing apps and making app purchases. However, I had to delete the 2 finger prints I created. It's winter here and the heating system is on. My skin is very dry therefore, finger prints are not working. I gave up after numerous deleting and creating again. I now use my phone's passcode. It's not as fast as the finger print of course but it's better than fighting with prints that will not work. Apple might not like Kay's finger print causing a need for a password. I had to create a new Apple password once and called Apple Accessibility. The advisor walked me through the process. The advisors are great and have endless patience.
