What is the email address for apple accessibility? I will also send off an email. If this issue were resolved, then I'd mostly likely upgrade my phone to 13.3. The issue with voiceover not coming through my Bose speaker is annoying, but not as bad as having Siri and Voice Over conflict with each other.
