No, a blind person can not use a Drone. There maybe some things you could do since many Drones have something like a Follow Me feature which when engaged makes the Drone follow you around, it is sort of wirelessly tethered to your iPhone, but the fact is that you have to see your Drone to fly it otherwise how would you not fly it into a tree or crash it into the ground etc. Of course there is that small issue of regulations which in Canada are quite strict and they require a drone operator to always “have line of sight” to their drone and it would be tough to argue that as a blind person you have “line of sight”
