Yeah she actually couldn’t do it with VO off, but I don’t think I’ve tried that in the last update.
And I’ve also bought stuff from their store. I find that’s easier on a PC with a browser. The trick there is to tab through the links and they will read correctly but if you arrow through them they do not. I really wish they’d fix the weirdness in the app though. So the only thing I do Is when I bring my phone up to have them scan it when I get Wade, turn voiceover off and let them do it. That is the only way that can happen. If you’ve turned off your voiceover for your sister to try it she would be able to do that then. I know that’s not an answer and I’m hoping that if enough of us contact we watchers, they would be able to do something. However, I did go on to the area where you could talk to a coach and they just told me that perhaps voiceover doesn’t work with that. I said no kidding, That is what I’m asking you to help me with. I asked them if they had a disability person they are to be able to help us out. They said they have nothing like that. So I don’t know where to go to from here to help us deal with that situation.
