Alan, try using the copy text to clipboard command, 3-fingger quadruple tap, then you will be able to paste the text into an email or text message.

Hi List, I just received a handwritten note that Seeing AI did an excellent job reading me its text. However, when I attempted to share the text by sending it to my email address, it was contained in an attached jpg image file. It doesn't seem logical to me that text extracted and read by Seeing AI would be shared as an unreadable image file so I figure I'm missing something.
