I also recommend Cash Reader, it is better than the old Nand Money Reader and it can do an absolutely staggering number of currencies world wide and they are constantly adding new ones. For most this may not matter, but for me simply the fact it does not just the major western currencies like USD, CAD, AUD, Euro, GBP etc. but also Philippine Pesos and so many other Asian currencies makes it worthwhile. My wife is Filipina and there is absolutely no way to distinguish their many bills. I bought it even though I rarely ever use it for Canadian currency, our polymer bills which are almost impossible to tear and which are no worse for wear if they go through the washing machine are marked with braille and it takes a lot for the dots to wear off to the point they can’t be felt any more.
