You would have to see how this works with Voiceover, it says at some point you have to click the home button 3 times which in my opinion will most likely turn Voiceover off. Anyhow, most sensitive apps such as banking, credit card, PayPal and even many home automation apps allow you to set a passcode in the app and at the same time enable Touch Id or Face Id as well to unlock them. All I need is to be so paranoid that I would set a passcode for apps such as the Clock, Notes, Photos, Music and so on. If you don’t want others to do anything on your phone just don’t give them your passcode and if you want to hide stuff from your significant other whom you may want to access your phone, then don’t put that video of yourself and the girl-friend, boy-friend or It-friend in the cheap hotel on your phone!
