Hey Kevin,

Are you sure it isn't running in the background? Have a look at the running processes in the Process Manager.

I looked in the preferences of iTunes, but I didn't fin d anything there.
I'm running Windows 7 64 bit home premium with the latest version of iTunes
and the most recent Window-Eyes.
