Until it was updated yesterday, the app for a local television station, WRAL,
was quite useable, no longer. I got to test the beta version, I let them know
about its problems, but one of the people at WRAL loaded it onto his iPhone
and, after a short primer from me about how to use VoiceOver, said it worked on
his phone with VoiceOver,. He also was able to test it with a device running
12.4, and said it worked with VoiceOver, too. So, I am wondering if it is one
of those phone specific things. If you are willing, go to the app store, enter
WRAL, and download the WRAL News Mobile app. I can't get any of the links to
activate to read the news stories, and none of the tabs at the bottom will
activate. Being that I can use Safari to access this material, I went ahead and
updated to the official version, it is still useless. If it doesn't work for
others, write to Jake Seaton
[email protected]
and let him know that it is not just my phone. However, I hope that to be the
case. It will be the second reason for me to go ahead and get that iPhone 11
128 gig. Thanks in advance to anybody willing to test it.
