Michael’s recommendation to use Voice Dream Reader would also be my first suggestion. IN the Files app, if you have Voice Dream Reader, there may be a share button to share it with Voice Dream Reader. Otherwise, in Voice Dream Reader, choose Add, then file browser and you should be able to find it.
Also, if you are running iOS 13, you should be able to unzip it inside the Files app, then I think you could play the files in there, but not as easily as with Voice Dream Reader.
