hi, I am trying to enter a distant location into the my places portion of blind square so I can do a simulation of a route. I have read and reread the help section several times, and I just cannot figure it out. can someone please explain to me, from the opening screen of BlindSquare, exactly what I must do in a step-by-step fashion in order to enter a distant location and then simulate the route? my understanding is that I need to add a location into my places. From my places, I am pretty sure I can go to the actions button and then click on simulator route The problem is, when I enter the distant location address in the opening screen top left search field, I get a message that the search location is not within the defined 1 mile radius of my places section. I cannot seem to figure out a way around this.
