I found these steps on the WikiHow page. Not sure if they are correct.
These are likely out of date, but it may get you going in the right direction.

This wikiHow teaches you how to turn off the Sticky Keys feature when using a
Bluetooth keyboard with your iPhone. The Sticky Keys feature allows you to
type keyboard shortcuts in sequence instead of at the same time, and is
disabled by default.

Steps
1
Open your iPhone’s Settings. It can be found on one of your home screens and
appears as a gray icon with cogs.
• It may be within a folder on one of your home screens labeled “Utilities.”
2
Select General. It’s in the third section of the menu.
3
Select Accessibility. It’s in the third section of this screen.
4
Select Keyboard. It’s in the fourth section of this menu.
5
Select Sticky Keys. It’s in the “Hardware Keyboards” section.
• The Sticky Keys feature is only available if you are using an external
Bluetooth keyboard with your iPhone, not the built-in touch keyboard.
• If the Sticky Keys feature is currently enabled, the text on the right side
of this option will say “On”.
6
Slide the button next to “Sticky Keys” to the “Off” position. This is the first
option on the screen, and once this step is completed the space to the
right of the button should be white.
• Now when you wish to use a keyboard shortcut (such as Command + V to paste
text), you will need to press both keys simultaneously.

Subject: Keyboard is locked!

Hi there,

I don’t know what I did today, but while using my Bluetooth keyboard on my
iPhone, I somehow locked it. It said something about sticky keys being locked.
I’ve tried everything I know to do, but I don’t know how to unlock it and can
no longer use my keyboard on my phone without it doing weird things. Any ideas?

Jim
