Dulce I believe all you do is hit on reply and arrow down until you hear print. If it is not under the reply button, try one of the others.For instance when you hit reply as in to reply to a message, you have to hit reply a second time to get into the message body. That is because there are other options listed there such as one to forward the message you are reading to someone else, or perhaps to another email of your own!
