I don't personally use them, but Aftershokz has the Xtrainers: https://aftershokz.com/products/xtrainerz They're supposed to be waterproof up to 2 meters (for swimmers). Something like 4GB of internal storage etc. I believe these are also bone conduction headphones (they come with earplugs).
