I have been using bluetooth headphones for years. Most of them come from big lots, so are no more than 30 dollars. I have never had a problem with the sound or missing any part of the track, and I primarily listen to audiobooks. But I have not experienced any of these issues with listening to music either. I have only had the signal cut out when I went too far away from my phone or when I am standing in front of the microwave while it is running.
