I’m not sure about the problem detailed by Marie. For me, I got 2 separate email receipts for the same ride. I have only been using Uber for a few months & have always only gotten one email receipt per trip. My trip history did show only one trip. I didn’t think the sum of my trips totaled the amount on a gift card I had for Uber. I could find no way to see what had been charged to the gift card for sure. I’m assuming the duplicate receipt was some sort of error & not a duplicate charge. I would just feel better if I could have someone from Uber verify that for me. When I finally found the dispute charges screen & filled it in including a comment, I could not get the submit button to work; it remained dimmed. I’ve tried several times with the same result. I plan to find someone who is a frequent Uber user & see if they can figure it out.
