Hi Richard, I actually had a phone number saved for the Apple Store, 1-800 my apple,or, 1-800-692-7753, but I didn't find it until after posting my question. Well, I allowed them into my account and we found out that for whatever reason Apple charged my card $1 then reversed the charge, I guess this was to check the validity of the card. The charge for the remove ads is still pending, so now that everything is supposedly okie dokie I'll just wait.
I'm not seeing / hearing any ads, but I leave the phone on my desk while I'm using the treadmill and the Simple Repeat Timer is running. I can hear the tones just fine and the reason for the timer is so I can change the speed and incline at various time intervals that I've set in the timer. The timer was acting a little inconsistently and I thought ads were the reason for this, so I thought I would block the ads, yeah right! LOL LOL Thanks much. Take care. Mike.
