And in case you don't yet know how to invoke control and notification centre, just swipe down or up on the screen with 1 finger, if you swipe down the first swipe gets you control centre, just double tap when you hear it, the second swipe gets you notification centre, again double tap. If you want notification centre you can also swipe up once instead of down twice and double tap.
