If you have poor cellular coverage and benefit from WiFi calling then I would first reboot my router. If the problem persists even when WiFi calling is off I would do a Reset Network Settings on the iPhone, in fact, along with rebooting my router that is definitely something I would do. If after this you still have the issue, turn your phone off, pop the SIM tray out a bit, no need to remove it entirely, then push it back in and start up your phone. If after all of that you still have the issue then Apple tech support would be your next step.
