GoodReads is great! You can track books you want to read, have read, or are in progress of reading. You can setup custom bookshelves to sort books into. There are very few areas which do not work with VoiceOver in this app, but all of the things I have listed work great. The only place which does not work well is the Recommendations screen, where VoiceOver basically crashes. You can also set your annual reading goal in GoodReads, and keep up with what your friends are reading or like.
