Hello, What have you tried in order to fix this? Whenever I’ve had that hproblem, and it’s been a while since I had it, a shutdown and restart of the phone has fixed it. Perhaps turning off and then turning VoiceOver on, may not be sufficient to solve it. It might have something to do with changing from a computer with USB to the phone with BT, (or vice versa,) with the display being on all the time.
The other possibility I thought of would be that the braille display’s keyboard could be locked, but AFAIK then none of its keys would work.
