Yes, I believe that is possible. Regarding getting books (directly) from
another country's Bookshare service, I think one isn't supposed to use the
same account for Bookshare.org that's used for the other country's Bookshare
service.

I have to agree with Richard and Joshua, Voice Dream Reader is the best
app for reading Bookshare books and other documents/files on your iPhone.
It is well worth the $15 price and is well supported on this and the
[email protected] list. It reads Bookshare books, mp3 and
other audio books, and various file formats including docx and pdf
provided the underlying book or file does not contain digital rights
management protection.
