All of the apps are accessible using VoiceOver on an iPhone. I believe many of the Kindle eReaders can have Kindle enabled, but unless you just want another piece of hardware to carry around, using the apps works fine. I am not aware of the Nook or Cobo having screen readers built in.
If you have a Windows computer, there is a utility that can convert Kindle books you purchase and download to the computer into generic ePub which can then be read in Voice Dream Reader or Apple Books. Voice Dream Reader can read generic ePub books, but not those made for specific platforms, other than Kindle books that have been converted that is. I am wondering if any of these devices are accessible for someone with no vision. If not, what are the apps like for accessibility. I am referring to Kindle Kobo and any other readers and apps I am not aware of. Thanks. Jen -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
