hey! since IOS 12 or something !when we restart our IPhone/ Ipad or anything like it! it does not have "voice over on " to tell us the phone has started or turned on!
can someone who are connect or contacting with apple tell them t hat we need to have some sound or "voice over on" to let us know that our phone is r eady!
