I've never heard of a place in the bard service agreement that you aren't meant to create a library of your own. If that were true, I'd get in major trouble as I've got over 17000 bard books downloaded to an external hard drive. I also don't think you can increase your monthly bard limit past the limit of 100 books when using the bard mobile app. This is not the case with bookshare. I have increased my limit for that service. I'll email NLS on Monday and find out for sure and let you all know what I find out.
