I can tell you that one passcode I have is related strictly to my phone and Apple. I have another one that is for AT&T. Before having the one I have for AT&T, I had one with Consumer Cellular. So, you'd have to change your phone company one, but not the one that opens your phone, because I am still using the one on my 11 from AT&T to open my phone that I had on my SE from Consumer Cellular.
