Try signing out of your Audible account with the app and then signing back in. Hopefully, when you open a title you wish to add to your library, a button labeled Add to library 1 credit will now be available. Audible is bad about fixing an issue but not making it stick after you update the app again. I signed out of my US Audible account a couple of months ago to address this issue of not being able to purchase a new title with a credit due to the needed button not being available. When I signed out of my account and then signed back in, lo and behold the needed button was there. I've updated my Audible app a couple of times since then and when I drilled down on a new title just now, the button to purchase with a credit was gone again and all I had was a button to add it to my Wish list. Signing out and in again corrected the problem for me so hopefully it will for you too in the UK. They don't make signing out very easy in my opinion. Here are the steps I followed to do so: 1. From the Audible Home screen which can be reached by executing the leftmost button on the bottomline menu double tap the Profile button in the upper left corner. 2. Execute the Settings button in the upper right corner of the profile screen which opens. 3. At the very bottom in the middle of the bottom line is a sign out button which you should execute. 4. When you sign back in and open a new title, hopefully the Add to library with a credit button will now be available. Let us know if this works for you in the UK.
