Hi All, I plugged my phone in to my Windows laptop to back it up and for some reason the backup and restore functions are greyed out and not available? I have backup this phone to this laptop for many years so it should have worked. iTunes is also telling me that my phone has never been backup to this computer?
Has Apple disabled the back up function in iTunes? I had heard some talk about different software packages coming out.
