Hmm, I usually put mine around the neck. It does make it difficult to breeze for the short time when it inflates, but it's not a long time.

I was recently admitted into hospital where I was diagnosed with Pyelonephritis, and sepsis. During my stay in hospital I was also found to have an atrial fibrillation. They are not sure whether the heart issue was caused by the sepsis and I have to undergo further tests. My Apple Watch can help me check my heart rate, but what options are there for a totally blind person to check blood pressure.
